This page explains what information is collected when you use this website, why, and how long it is kept.
What we collect
Only what you enter into the contact or quotation form: name, company, email, phone number and your message. The quotation form additionally records the grade, volume and delivery terms you specify.
Technical data
To prevent automated bulk submissions we store a cryptographic fingerprint of the sending IP address alongside the browser identifier. The fingerprint is one-way and cannot be resolved back to the original address.
How it is used
Solely to answer your enquiry and to follow up the commercial correspondence it belongs to. Nothing is sold or rented to third parties.
Retention
Contact messages are kept for two years and quotation requests for five years, in line with commercial record-keeping requirements, after which they are deleted.
Cookies
This site sets only a technical session cookie and a CSRF protection cookie. No advertising or third-party tracking cookies are placed on your browser.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data by writing to the email address given on the contact page.
